Ann Arbor

Well today we went to Ann Arbor to see Roger's primary doctor and also see the blind rehab rep, Gerald Rickard. He is going to set it up for Roger to go to Battle Creek or somewhere over on the west side of the state to take a GPS class and a typing/computer class, probably the end of March or beginning of April. This time he'll probably only be gone for a couple weeks. He said they will come right to the house this time and pick him up and take him there. They may even bring him home on the weekends if he wants. Long drive but they have funding for it so I guess it is ok. They are going to send him some kind of keyboard or something so he can work on his typing.

I got my kindle today! I'm still trying to figure out how to use it, but it's pretty cool. I bought it from my friend Jamie. :^) I'm excited to figure out how to use it!

My sis came by to visit and have coffee for a bit today. And yesterday poor little Angelina spent the day here; her mom took her to the Dr today and found out she has strep throat! No wonder she had the high fever yesterday. And her tonsils were so swollen that when I told her to open her mouth wide so I could see in, there was no opening in her throat! I can see her ending up having those removed; hopefully she can get it done while she's still a kid.

Well it's not a very good picture; it was a much nicer live view! LOL

Well it's cold in here again tonight. I turned my little heater on for a bit, but it sure doesn't help much. There is just a breeze that goes across the floors. Probably the insulation isn't where the flooring hits the walls. I've been doing what I can to stop the drafts, but there are still plenty of them!

Well I guess I don't have anything else interesting to say tonight.
