Exercise

One of my worst habits is sitting in front of the computer. I think I just came up with a way to help myself get in some exercise. Once each hour I sit here, I have to find an upbeat song on the internet (I used You Tube) and get up while it’s playing and exercise. I just found Rise by Herb Alpert (I used to exercise to this when Jackie was a baby), played it and did 7 minutes and 36 seconds of exercise. It’s not a whole lot but by golly it is something! I think I’ll put that on my blog too, to help me remember.

Anyone else have any tricks that help them get exercise in? Here's what I listened to:
